The Harbor Walk community in Dana Point, California has some of the best values for condos located near the beach. Many of the condos listed in this community will be under $250,000. The complex is rather small with a total of 78 units and located on the ocean side of the freeway and located approximately 4-5 blocks to the Doheny beach area and down the street from Costco!
A couple things to note about these condos is that you will have main floor and upper level condos.
