The Sea Knoll Dana Point community is a great residential neighborhood located on the Dana Point and San Juan Capistrano boarder line and features one and two story single family homes.  Situated less than one mile to the beach and the Dana Point Harbor is a quiet neighborhood four small cul-de-sac streets in the Del Obispo area of Dana Point.  The homes were built between 1976 to 1977 and often feature over 2,500 square feet of living space with two to three car attached garages.  On average, one to two homes a year will come on the market here as the community only features approximately 61 homes.
