The Cape Cove community arguably has one of the better locations in Dana Point for a gated community located near the beach. Finding a rental property here makes a lot of sense since you have the security of being located behind a private gate as well as a location that is within walking distance down to Strands Beach. What I really love about this community is the adorable Cape Cod style architecture that can be found here. Every time I go into this community I feel like I've gone back to the East Coast with white picket fences, white shutters and beautiful landscaping.
