The Monarch Bay community is a great place to find furnished rentals as it's considered on of the top ocean front gated community in the Dana Point area. The location couldn't be more ideal which is situated just south of Laguna Beach with homes that can offer sweeping ocean views with close proximity to the beach. One of the best features of this community is the direct access to the beach. There is plenty of parking as many either take their golf carts or drive down the parking area and then take their beach items directly on to the sand. There is a great Beach Club located here so make sure you check that out when staying here.
