California Closets in Dana Point Ocean Front Home

Many buyers have different things that they are looking for when buying a home.  While the closets are typically not the first on the list, a well organized and carefully planned closet can bring extra dollars when it comes time to sell. Point in case is a new ocean front home in Dana Point, California that was done entirely by California Closets.  The design of this walk-in closet is simple yet elegant.  The rest of the house is very light and bright and located right next to the ocean so the design on this walk-in closet continues with this theme.   The color is Classic White with a large center island and lots of hanging spaces for closets and raised shelving to display shoes as well.  The lighting is the first thing that really creations an impression in this room with beautifully accented inner cabinet shelf lighting using Verical LED tape lighting.  Puck lighting is also used above the hanging closet rods to illuminate the clothes just perfectly.  Up above is recessed lighting located throughout the ceilings to cast the right amount of light throughout the room.

Additional features that come with these closets include a dedicated jewelry drawer, custom built shelf for a safe, valet pulls for displaying your clothes for the day and belt and tie racks. The other sections of the home also continued the Classic White theme with no mirror doors and horizontal shelf lighting as you opened the doors.  The shelf lighting was achieved using LED flex tape lighting that is located above the clothes as well as above the top shelf for maximum lighting.  The nearest California Closets location is located in Corona Del Mar with the main headquarters for the company located in Huntington Beach.  There are many great designers to work with.  I've worked with Christine Raguse who is a very good designer out of the Corona Del Mar location who does excellent design work.  She includes a visit out to your home and helps you find the perfect solution for a reach-in or walk-in closet.  Christine Raguse can be reached at 714-980-1984.
