Corniche Sur Mer Community

The Corniche Sur Mer community offers one of the best locations in Dana Point and is prominently located in the 24 hour guard gated community known as Ritz Pointe which sits next to the St. Regis hotel.  Ritz Pointe is a collection of many different neighborhoods that all share the same gated security and entrance.  The Corniche Sur Mer neighborhood was first built in the early 1990's with large Spanish style homes that sit on the northwest section of Ritz Pointe.  At the time these were some of the most sought after homes as only 180 homes were built in this location.

Real Estate prices between the two neighborhoods is pretty consistent and has sold in the last several years between $850,000 to $1,385,000.  All of these homes were built between 1991 to 1995 and feature at least 2000 square feet of living space.  The higher priced sales offered very good ocean views and highly upgraded finishes.  There is a variety of floor plans found here that can included private patios, built-in office or den, vaulted ceilings, walk-in closets and multiple fireplaces.  

Currently, there is one single level home for sale in Corniche Sur Mer that is on the market for sale at $1,195,000.  It features three bedrooms, two baths with 1,674 square feet of living space.  There are peek views of the ocean from this home and has an ideal corner lot location.  Windows has been updated with Anderson windows and includes such features as hardwood flooring, updated bathroom, tankless hot water heater and a gourmet kitchen.
