Crystal Cove Dana Point Ocean View Homes

Crystal Cove is an ocean view community near Crystal Cove park in the Lantern Village area of Dana Point.  This is a popular area that is located on a hill just above Pacific Coast Highway with homes overlooking the park with wonderful coastline and ocean views.  The views are mainly to the south with the bluff front Marriott Hotel and coastline starting from the Doheny Beach area and continuing down past San Clemente.

The Crystal Cove Park is a long stretch of grassy area with a walking trail around the park.  At the very far end of the park is a fenced in dog park area which also offers views of the ocean.  This is a public park that is free for residents to enjoy and located very close to the downtown Dana Point area

The homes are a variety of one and two story single family homes with only 23 homes in this small community tract.  Several of these homes are located on private cul-de-sac streets that all offer views of the ocean.  From this location it's just minutes to the Dana Point Harbor and the Doheny Beach area with downtown shopping located within walking distance.
