The Dana Bluffs community is a great place to find an ocean view rental condo near the beach in Dana Point, California. On average, we see around 4 to 5 rental listings come on the market each year which are typically a three bedroom condo that are often between 1,500 to 1,850 square feet. For the year 2021, we have seen 5 rental listings that have ranged from $3,980 to $6,000 a month with the range depending on the view and condition on the unit. For the most part these are 12 month leases to start with some shorter term rentals as well. Landlords in this complex typically will ask for the first months rent, security deposit and a credit check fee. Some of the listings that have come on the market this year have consideration for those with pets as it's a case by case basis and ultimately up to the owner of the property. Of course, it's all about the views which attract many renters to this complex which can often include coastline and Doheny Beach views as pictured below.
