There is a Dana Point community that is similar in many ways to the ocean front community of Malibu Colony in Malibu, Colony. The Malibu Colony neighborhood is one of the most famous oceanfront communities in Malibu which is home to high end net worth individuals and celebrities. Some of the most expensive real estate can be found here that offers a 24 hour guard gated entrance and strict entrance for only residents and their guests. Dues to this exclusivity it's become one of the most desirable beach front locations in Malibu.
The Beach Road community is Dana Point is very similar in many aspects. It's also a premier oceanfront gated community that features homes located next to the sandy beach with a variety of 300 beach front homes.
