Dana Point condos for sale under $300,000 can be found in several different communities as Dana Point has many affordable condo communities.  One of the most popular spots to find condos in this price range in the Ritz Pointe community.  The neighborhood utilizes a 24 hour guard gate and features a central community clubhouse with a medium size pool and spa area.  The condos will vary from 1 to 3 bedrooms and select condos on the front row will have ocean views.  In the last 6 months real estate prices have been going up in this community so a one bedroom may be your best option if $300,000 is your top limit.  

Another great location is the Spinnaker Run community.  These condos are often well priced and offer one of the closest locations near the beach.  The community has an electric gate to keep out non-residents of the community and has a central community pool as well.  Of all the communities this is your best option if you are looking for a 2 bedroom under this price point.  

Located near door to Spinnaker Run is the Harbor Creek community.  Here you will also find multiple properties under $300,000 that offer scenic views of the mature landscaping and streams that run through the community.  The condos tend to be on the small side with one bedroom condos averaging only 650 square feet of living space.  

Finally, the Pacific Terrace community (as pictured below) offers one bedroom condos in the mid $200,000 range.  These condos are also very small as one bedroom condos average 580 square feet.  The location is really nice located next to the Dana Point Town Center where you will find great restaurants and shopping.  All of these condos are located close to the beach so if you don't mind the smaller square footage then it's possible to find properties to buy under $300,000 in Dana Point.
