Del Obipso Park is located just over one block to the beach and within walking distance to several condo neighborhoods. One of the newest is the new South Cove community which sits just south of the park. Essentially, these are two story townhouses with attached garages with a prime location near the cross streets of Stonewall Drive and Del Obispo Street. From this location it's an easy commute to the 5 freeway which has an onramp going north right off Stonewall Drive. Real Estate prices are much more expensive than Harbor Creek and Spinnaker Run with current pricing in the mid $600,000 range for a 3 bedroom townhouse. Seaside Villas also enjoys access to the bike trail down to Doheny Beach while offering two neighborhood pools, spa, clubhouse and barbecue area.
