Dana Point Condos Near Del Obispo Park

Del Obipso Park is located just over one block to the beach and within walking distance to several condo neighborhoods. One of the newest is the new South Cove community which sits just south of the park. These are brand new construction condos and townhouses with model homes slated to be open in the next couple of months. Real Estate prices have been estimated to start in the mid $500,000 range for a few select until in the complex and go as high as $1.3 million for the largest units. Final pricing has not been leased so these numbers can change at any time. Just north of the Del Obispo Park is the Harbor Cove community. This is one of the most affordable condo communities in Dana Point with 2 bedroom condos currently listed in the low $400,000 range. There are a lot of amenities that come with living here that include a community pool, spa, tennis courts and on-site laundry facility. Sycamore Creek Park is located next to this community offering additional open space to enjoy the coastal weather. One of the nice things about this complex is that the current $338.00 monthly dues includes water, trash, sewer and hot water. The bike trail to Doheny Beach is also accessible from this location making getting to the beach very easy and fun.
The last community that situated next to Spinnaker Run is the Seaside Villas community. These have the look and feel of a traditional home but are classified as condos with attached wall. Essentially, these are two story townhouses with attached garages with a prime location near the cross streets of Stonewall Drive and Del Obispo Street. From this location it's an easy commute to the 5 freeway which has an onramp going north right off Stonewall Drive. Real Estate prices are much more expensive than Harbor Creek and Spinnaker Run with current pricing in the mid $600,000 range for a 3 bedroom townhouse. Seaside Villas also enjoys access to the bike trail down to Doheny Beach while offering two neighborhood pools, spa, clubhouse and barbecue area. The pools are heated year around which is ideal during the cooler winter months. Condos located near Del Obipso Beach have a lot to offer and tend to offer some of the best real estate values in town.
