Beach Road homes normally start at around $3 Million dollars and up for three bedroom original beach home.   Currently the next lowest priced home on the market is at $3,550,000 for a six bedroom, 3,000 square foot home with the most expensive property being listed at $6,495,000 for a 4,032 square foot home built in 1980.  In the last six months there have been two sales on Beach Road.  35365 Beach Road sold for $3,150,000 and was a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with 1,408 square feet.   This was an original 1950's beach cottage that had never been offered for sale in over 60 years.  The second sale occurred at 35099 Beach Road and sold for $4,300,000.  This was a seven bedroom home featuring 3,491 square feet with two levels of living space.  It was originally marketed at $4.9 million and sold after being on the market for a total of 217 days.
