The summer months are almost upon us and we are starting to see more and more clients looking for vacation rental properties in the Dana Point area. For the most part, these short term rental properties come furnished but that is not always the case. Some properties are more Furnished than others and really depends on the owner of the property and how much they feel like they need and want to furnish the property. One thing we look for when looking for vacation rental properties is finding a listing that comes fully furnished. During the summer months many of the beach properties in the Dana Point area does see an increase in rental prices which is often referred to as "seasonal rates." This typically means that during the months of June, July, August and sometimes September the rates go up from the normal winter rates. The reason for this is that most of the people looking for vacation homes come during these summer months so it's a simple equation of supply and demand. The month of July is the most requested month so keep that in mind when looking to vacation in Dana Point.
