Dana Point Homes With Guest Casita

Dana Point is a small beach town with a variety of residential homes and condos for sale.  For those looking for extended living quarters a guest casita may be the perfect solution.  Normally, larger homes will have a separate structure that will offer a nice one bedroom suite equipped with it's own bathroom and kitchen area.  This is typically the structure of a guest casita which can be very hard to find in the Dana Point area.  Some of the communities that are a good place to look is the Capistrano Beach area as well as the Estates at Monarch Beach.

The Capistrano Beach area is a very unique area filled with smaller beach homes and larger residential properties that can offer panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean.  The homes typically get larger as you get closer to the Ocean and will be more expensive as well.  One of the places to find a guest casita is the Castillo Del Mar community in the Capistrano Beach area of Dana Point.  This is a very small neighborhood of 8 residential homes that were built around 2005.  There is currently one property for sale located at 1 Castillo Del Mar that offers a separate casita with it's own private entrance and on the market for sale at $2,699,000.  This is a rather large home with a total of five bedrooms and 5,445 square feet of living space.  There is another home in the Capistrano Beach as well that is located at 26815 Calle Hermosa and on the market for sale at $2,599,000.  This also has a nice casita with a full bath that is located off the main entry of the property.  The five bedroom home spans 4,204 square feet and has recently come on the market less than 30 days ago.
