Dana Point Ocean View Condos Near The Waldorf Astoria

One of the most exclusive resorts in Dana Point is the Waldorf Astoria. It was formerly known as the Monarch Beach Resort and is a very popular place to stay and a great place for weddings, etc. The location is very unique that has a dedicated walking trail that cuts through the Monarch Beach golf links golf course that surrounds the resort and leads directly down to the beach. Since this one of the most expensive resorts in Dana Point the surrounding area as you can imagine is considered very expensive real estate. Real Estate prices will vary depending on which community you choose. Here is our quick guide to condos near the Waldorf Astoria.
First, the most affordable option would be the condos located in the Ritz Pointe gated community. this is located right next door to the resort with a small section of condos that area located on three different levels. These are commonly known as Monarch Hills Condos with condos currently starting in the $600,000 range and up for a one bedroom condo with an approximate 755 square feet of living space. There are no elevators located in these buildings so if you are located on the upper floors and can be quite a climb up the steps each time. However, some of the best condos features nice ocean views which are often located on the upper levels. The biggest selling point for these condos is the direct walking trail to the beach.
The most exenpsve option would be the condos located at the Grand Monarch gated neighborhood. These were initially built in 2016 and offer very luxurious condos that share amenities with the Waldorf resorted an606-4114.d the coveted Monarch Bay Beach Club which is very hard to get membership for. Since the community offers a gated entrance it offers a certain level of privacy for residents who live here. Current real estate prices go as high as $7.3 million for a 4 bedroom condo with over 3,700 square feet. Condos here rarely come on the market here so prepared to a pay a premium in price.
One of the favorite options is the Tennis Villas gated community which is located across the street from the Waldorf Astoria. Condos located here can offer a combination of views with some offering nice golf course views while others offer nice ocean views. The most expensive condo currently on the market here is listed at $1,200,00 for a two bedroom condos with a little over 1,000 square feet. Even though the name indicates a tennis theme there are actually no tennis courts offered here by the association. The community is gated so it offers a lot of privacy and security.
