I had the pleasure this weekend to show a great ocean view home in the Niguel Shores community that is currently on the market for $1,125,000.  My client was looking for an ocean view home in a secure gated community with enough of a front and backyards for her dogs.  The property was a perfect fit and was located in the Seaterrace community in Niguel Shores where you will find nice ocean view attached town homes.

A new Town Center sign is being put up at the entrance to the Lantern Village shopping district in Dana Point, California directly behind Ralph's shopping center.  Still currently being landscaped, the sign welcomes residents and visitors to the heart of the Dana Point.  You can find many wonderfuly restaurants and small shops that are located near the Dana Point Harbor as well as large brand name grocery store and banks.  Dana Point is really making a concious effort to improve the city expeirence for those visiting the Dana Point area.  In addition to this sign you will find new landscaping being put in the median area of Pacific Coast Highway through the Monarch Beach area.

Monarch Bay Villas is a great place start your real estate search when looking for ocean view condos in the Dana Point area.  The complex is gated and entrance is located of Crown Valley Parkway close to Laguna Beach.  The complex is very small with only 52 units in the complex.  A nice community pool and clubhouse greets you as you enter the community with the tower clock giving you the current time which is located at the top of the clubhouse.

There are only three streets in this community with the majority of condos located on "Atlantis Way" and "Pompeii Drive."  Atlantis Drive condos are located on the front row and have direct views of the ocean.  A new condo has just come on the market on Atlantis Way and is currently priced at $849,000.
