Dana Point Open House Schedule - Labor Day Weekend 2023

The Labor Day weekend is soon approaching in the next couple of days which often times results in many visitors coming to the Dana Point area. Local real estate agents understand the opportunity to hold open their listings so if you are thinking about buying a home or just curious on what is going on with the market this is a great opportunity to look at some homes in the Dana Point area. As of right now there are currently 5 homes set to be open on Saturday and 33 homes open on Sunday. There will be even 2 homes doing an open house on Monday to grab those last minute buyers that will still be looking. Sunday tends to be the big day for open houses so plan your day accordingly since many of these homes are only open for a short period of time. Some agents will do it early from 11am to 2pm which others will do it from 12 or 1pm to 4pm. When looking at homes in the Dana Point area make sure to remember there are different areas to consider. The Capistrano Beach (CB) is a great place to start with custom homes located near the beach. For more upscale homes go to the Monarch Beach (MB) area and be prepared for higher prices here. The Lantern District (LT) will feature homes near the Downtown Dana Point area which Dana Hills (DH) will feature homes higher up in Dana Point near the city of Laguna Niguel.
