I had the pleasure this weekend to show a great ocean view home in the Niguel Shores community that is currently on the market for $1,125,000.  My client was looking for an ocean view home in a secure gated community with enough of a front and backyards for her dogs.  The property was a perfect fit and was located in the Seaterrace community in Niguel Shores where you will find nice ocean view attached town homes.

If you live in the Monarch Beach area of Dana Point then you will love the walking trails that are provided through the grounds of the St Regis Hotel.  The trails take you directly down to the beach by the luxury Ritz Carlton Hotel and Salt Creek beach.  The Trails begin at the St Regis Hotel.  If you live in one of the surrounding communities then you want to walk through the golf course in front of the hotel.  Communities like Ritz Cove and Monarch Hills condos have walking trails that begin at the edge of those communities and meander through the golf course.  The trails are easily recognizable and make their way down to the beach and if you stay at the St Regis hotel that have special trams that will take you directly to the beach using these trails.

The Encantmar community in Dana Point is a gated community that is located directly across the street from the Bear Brand community of Laguna Niguel.  The condos are two story town homes that can be found in the mid $500,000 to $600,000 range.  The community itself is rather small with only 153 town homes in the entire complex.  A central community pool, spa, gym and large clubhouse greets you as you enter into the community.
