Dana Vista Ocean View Condos

Dana Vista is a quiet community located at the top of Goldern Lantern in the downtown area of Dana Point.  These condos are nicely maintained and built in the Cape Cod style when they were originally built in 1973.  These are townhome style condos with living room and kitchens located on the main level and bedrooms located on the upstairs 2nd level.  The views can be quite amazing with direct ocean and coastline views depending on where the condo is located.  The condos form a half circle around the community pool and spa with the condos located in the front middle and north side offering the best views as pictured below.  Our records show that these condos in 1998 were selling in the $200,000 range and slowly progessed up to $605.000 at the height of the market in 2009.  In the last couple years these condos have sold between $290,000 to $525,000 with current prices starting at $540,000.  The community offers a central community clubhouse and pool area that overlooks the ocean as picured below.  Currently there are no ocean view condos for sale in the Dana Vista community.  Please contact me if you are interested in being contacted when new ocean view listings come on the market.
