The Dana Woods community is made up of a small association so expect to pay monthly dues here. These dues will average around $180.00 a month which is a very good deal considering that similar type communities can charge two to three times this amount. The location is probably one of the biggest selling features as it's located approximately 2.1 miles to the Dana Point Harbor and just a short driving distance to the beach.
