Encantamar Gated Community Condos

The Encantmar community in Dana Point is a gated community that is located directly across the street from the Bear Brand community of Laguna Niguel.  The condos are two story town homes that can be found in the mid $500,000 to $600,000 range.  The community itself is rather small with only 153 town homes in the entire complex.  A central community pool, spa, gym and large clubhouse greets you as you enter into the community.

The nice part about these condos are the large vaulted 20 foot ceilings in the living and dining rooms.  Many of the condos have private bathrooms for each of the bedrooms which is a popular feature.  Another great feature about this complex is it's prime location.  The community sits directly on the Dana Point & Laguna Niguel city border lines and is just steps to the Ocean Ranch shopping center that is home to grocery stores, banks, 24 hour fitness and restaurants.  A true "walking distance to everything" location.  Rental home are also available in the community and usually run in the $2,000 a month range with ocean view rentals in the $3,000 price point.  No matter if you are looking to buy or rent Encantamar is a great place to call home!
