Estates At Monarch Beach Golf Front Homes

The Monarch Beach Golf Links course is one of the hot spots for tourists and residents alike who like to golf and enjoy the coastal weather in the Dana Point area. The golf course itself stretches throughout many communities in the Monarch Beach area of Dana Point including the St Regis Hotel. Luxury communities were custom built around the golf course and offer some of the most expensive real estate in the Dana Point area. One unique area is known as "The Estates of Monarch Beach" which offers residents golf front residences is a quiet gated community known as "Monarch Beach" as pictured below.
Within the Monarch Beach community you will find three different communities known as Montego, Marquesa and The Estates at Monarch Beach. More commonly known in the area as simply "The Estates," these luxury homes occupy two small streets in the gated community. "Marbella" street is the street that fronts the golf course and offers single loaded homes with great golf course and ocean views. The views look over the Tennis Villas condo community as well as the St Regis Hotel so the ocean views are not superior like other neighborhoods in the Dana Point area. With that being said, the homes are very nice and also very expensive. Currently home prices in The Estates start at $2,365,875 and go as high as $3,288,888.
If you are a golf enthusiast you will love living in this community. Comparable communities to The Estates would be the Ritz Pointe community that also offers golf front homes in a similar price point and located across from the St Regis Hotel. Monarch Beach is a luxury area in Dana Point with many great neighborhoods and homes to choose from. You really can't go wrong in this area as all the neighborhoods offer some of the best homes on the market.
