The Lantern Village area of Dana Point offers many ocean view properties for sale. The Village area itself covers many different neighborhoods from luxury communities like Lantern Bay Estates which offers a guard gated entrance that is within walking distance to the Dana Point Marina and the beach. There are also several condo buildings in this area like Lantern Bay Villas and Las Mariansas that offer great ocean views. All the communities in the Lantern Village offer a downtown Dana Point location that is close to the many shops that line Pacific Coast Highway.
The central Lantern Village area is located on the east side of Pacific Coast Highway and can offer great views of the ocean as pictured above. This construction work still continues to this day with side walks being added and roads being repaved. The goal is to make the downtown area a more prominent place to shop as many of the local shopping is located on a busy Pacific Coast highway.
