Monarch Bay Furnished Rentals

The Monarch Bay community is a great place to find furnished rentals as it's considered on of the top ocean front gated community in the Dana Point area. The location couldn't be more ideal which is situated just south of Laguna Beach with homes that can offer sweeping ocean views with close proximity to the beach. One of the best features of this community is the direct access to the beach. There is plenty of parking as many either take their golf carts or drive down the parking area and then take their beach items directly on to the sand. There is a great Beach Club located here so make sure you check that out when staying here. Living here for a month of more is great since it offers a 24 hour guard gate which offers top level security. Also, there is a wonderful shopping center located just outside this community so make sure to check out the Gelson's grocery store, Starbucks and other small restaurants here.
A couple things to look for when renting a home here. It's important to check if the rental comes with the Beach Club access. This is a HUGE deal and very desirable since there are a lot of people that would love to get access to this beach club that is located directly on the beach. It truly makes living by the beach that much more desirable and it's worth asking about. Another key thing to remember is that it's often cheaper to rent a home during the off-season months instead of the high season months which typically consist of June, July and August. If you can avoid these 3 months then the cost to rent one of these homes becomes more affordable. Most rentals have at least a 30 day minimum here as the city of Dana Point has outlawed weekly rentals. Each applicant that will be staying in the home and that is over 18 years of age is often asked to fill out a rental application as well as a credit check. Every property manager handles things differently so just be aware of this as it's often asked of most renters.
