Monarch Cove Golf Course Homes

Monarch Cove is a very small and intimate community in Dana Point that offers homes with commanding views of the Monarch Beach golf links and Pacific Ocean.  The homes were first built in the year 2000 and completed in 2007.  These are large luxury estate homes that all feature over 6,000 square feet of living space with ocean and golf course views as pictured below.

To enter the community you first have to go through the Ritz Cove guard gated community.  This is located next to the Ritz Carlton Hotel and is home to ocean view and oceanfront homes that sell between $4 to $20 million dollars.  The general public can park next to this community and take the beach access that goes in front of these luxury properties.  

Once inside the Ritz Cove community you drive down two streets that leads to another gated entrance as pictured below.  Only residents of the Monarch Cove community can enter through these gates with no access for those who live in the Ritz Cove neighborhood.

Once inside the Monarch Cove gate you drive along the Monarch Beach golf links as pictured below.  It's very common to see golfers putting on these greens as this section is the most picturesque section of the golf course.  Once you turn the corner you will find six estate homes that are all located on one side of the street.  The homes sit adjacent to the golf course with the last home at the end of the cul-de-sac steet offering ocean front views.
