Monarch Hills Ocean View Condos

Monarch Hills Ocean View condos are some of the most affordable ocean view properties to be found in the Dana Point community.  For those not familiar with Dana Point, Monarch Hills is a condo community that is located a very short distance to the beach and located within a luxury gated community called Ritz Pointe.  The condos has walking trails that go through the Monarch Beach golf links adjacent to the St Regis Hotel and connects to the beach through an underground tunnel.  The community itself has 36 four story buildings that offer both ocean and valley views.  If privacy is a concern for you then these condos may not be the best fit as they are located very close to each other.  The benefit is the ability to live in a prime location for prices well under $400,000.

The condos located on the front row sit perched above the golf course and have direct views of the ocean with great sunset views.  In the last year three ocean view condo have sold between $320,000 to $410,000.  There are many different floor plans within the community and the front row has a mixture of one and two story condos.  These condos are ideal for first time home buyers and real estate investors since rental values are so high in this community.  Many are attracted to this complex due to the low price point so I always recommend a visit of these condos to see if the community and living spaces are best suited for my clients.  Below are the current ocean view condos for sale.
