Montego Dana Point Gated Community Rentals

 One of the premier gated communities in Dana Point is the Monarch Beach gated neighborhood that features a variety of tract homes.  One of these neighborhoods is the Montego tract which offers some great values with rental prices often found in the mid $5,000 a month range based on recent completed leases this year.  These are larger homes with 3 to 4 bedroom floor plans to chose from which are often over 2,000 square feet of living space.  Residents love living here as these are beautiful two story homes that often come with 2 or 3 car attached garages with beautiful traditional style architecture.  Some of the more popular floor plans will include high vaulted ceilings, living room gas fireplace, large kitchen with recessed lighting and large primary bedrooms and baths.  Some of the premier properties in this community will also offer nice panoramic views with some peek ocean views as well.  The nice thing about this location is that you can easily walk down to Salt Creek & Strands Beach from this area.
