Niguel Shores Rentals

Niguel Shores is widely considered one of the top neighborhoods in Dana Point and one of the top places to find both short and long term rentals.  This is especially true during the high season summer months where we get a lot of calls from clients looking for vacation rental properties for one month or more.  What makes this community so unique and desirable?  For starters there is a huge variety of homes were from oceanfront locations to smaller beach close properties.  The proximity to the beach is always just an easy 5 to 10 minute from most spots within this neighborhood.  

Rental prices can be all over the map depending on the length of stay and the time of the year.  Long Term rentals which comprise of a 12 month lease currently starts at $3,500 a month.  This is for a two bedroom, two bath home with ocean views.  Most of the other long term rentals will vary between $3,700 to $4,100 unless it's located on the oceanfront side of Niguel Shores which can be north of $10,000 a month.  Most owners will require you to fill out a 2 page rental application, have a current credit report, 2 months worth of paystubs and copy of drivers license.

Short term rentals in Niguel Shores currently starts as low as $3,775 for one month.  Weekly rentals are not allowed in Niguel Shores and summer months book up very quickly so it's always best to book early if you want a quality house in this location.  Some places will allow pets with an additional $500 pet deposit.  Keep in mind that some of the rentals in this community will have much higher rates so double check on any property before you book it.
