Pacific Palms Condos

The Pacific Palms community is a series of 8 luxury town homes located on one of the best ocean view streets in Dana Point. The units are side by side properties in a duplex style housing arrangement with four identical Spanish style structures located in a row. These have the look and feel of a single family home but share a common wall in between the two units. As a local real estate agent I see a lot of ocean view properties but the views from this location are simply stunning. Alta Vista Street is located at one of the highest points in Dana Point and sits directly above the Sea Ridge community. The views are truly panoramic with coastline views of San Clemente as well.
The homes have really great curb appeal and offer floor to ceiling windows to take in the views. The main entry level is where you will find the large living room and kitchen area that both have views of the ocean. A large view deck is a great place to have morning coffee or to watch the beautiful nightly sunsets.
The units come with a large attached 2 car garage and enough driveway space and street parking for extra cars.
Downstairs is where you will find the Master Suite that has it's own private garden and backyard area as pictured below. Surprisingly, the downstairs area has just as nice of views as what you see in the upstairs rooms. The landscaping company is able to go from unit to unit and cut everyone's grass through a small gate that connects all the backyards together.
Upstairs is where you find an additional bedroom that has it's own private view deck as pictured below. This is really ideal for a teenager or as luxury guest suite since it has its own private entrance through the stairs as you walk into the unit.
Prices are normally in the high $900,000 range for a 2 bedroom, 2,000 square foot condo.
