The Pointe Monarch Beach Resort Estates are located in the gated community known as "Pointe Monarch."  The community offers one of the best locations in the Monarch Beach area and located directly across the street from the ocean front homes in the Monarch Bay and Ritz Cove community.  What makes these homes a great value is the accessibility to the beach and local shopping.  Within the gates of Pointe Monarch you will find a secret gate that takes you down to the St Regis walking trail that leads directly down to the beach through an underground tunnel.  Within a matter of minutes you are sitting on the beach and enjoying the sunny South Orange County weather.  The community also offers a secret gate that connects with the Monarch Beach shopping center to the north.  The luxury grocery store Gelson's is located here as well as many smaller shops and restaurants.

The homes in the area are often priced over the $2,000,000 price point with ocean and golf course view homes commanding a premium in price.  Rental homes will typically be in the $8,000 a month range for a long term rental.  Within the last several months the outside gated entrance got a complete face-lift with brand new signage and entry way waterfall.  The homes are all two story and in the Mediterranean architectural style.  I always recommend this community when I have a client looking in the Monarch Beach area in the $2 million dollar range. Often times comparable communities to Pointe Monarch will be the Ritz Pointe and Monarch Bay communities.  Homeowners association dues average $351 a month and include the gated entrance and ground maintenance of the community.
