One of our most requested communities for finding rentals in the Dana Point area is the Ritz Pointe community. There are a number of reasons why so many are drawn to the community that sits adjacent to the Monarch Beach Resort which was formerly the St. Regis Hotel. First, the community is guard gated which means there is a full time attendant there 24 hours a day. In fact, there are actually 2 gates that go into this community which makes it's very convenient.
