The Sea Breeze Dana Point community is a very small collection of 6 residential luxury homes situated on a small cul-de-sac street. The location is highly coveted due to it's prime location situated across the street from the bluff front with panoramic ocean views. Homes in this area were built in the late 1970's and early 1980's and all offer 1,921 square feet of living space with a total of three large bedrooms.
