Silvertide Dana Point Rentals

We get a lot of clients moving here from a big city where they are used to being able to walk to restaurants, cafe's and grocery stores within a short radius of their home. Southern California is really spread out and the vase majority of homes and neighborhoods are not within walking distance to any neighboring business's. This is true for most communities in Dana Point as well with a few exceptions. One of these executions are the neighborhoods located near the intersection of Golden Lantern and Camino Del Avion which is a major hub for a local of local business's located here. One of these communities located near these cross streets in the Silvertide community. One of the reasons I love this community is that even though is located very close to a lot of local amenities the neighborhood itself feels almost isolated from all of that with large mature trees and a secure gated entrance. You are still within walking distance to the Ralphs grocery store, CVS Pharmacy, Bank of America, 24 Hour Fitness, Trader Joe's, Cinepolis luxury movie theater and more.
Rental prices for this community are very attractive when compared with other surrounding neighborhoods as the Silvertide rental history chart for the last several years is shown above. In the last couple of years it's not uncommon to find a one bedroom rental being advertised between $2,100 to $2,300 a month which two bedroom units ranging from $2,495 to $2,900 a month. These are traditionally 12 month leases to start with the monthly rent including the association dues, use of the community pool, trash pickup, sewer, and local ground maintenance of the community. Some owners here have advertised the option of renting it with a pet but each property is different so make sure to check on each individual property listing. There is a two bedroom condo on the market for rent at $2,850 a month. It's also a 12 month lease and the owner is requesting no pets.
