In the last year home prices have ranged between $5,700,000 for a 4,260 square foot home built in 2016 to $7,495,000 for a 6,306 square foot home built in 2017. So it appears that if you can build a home for two to three million dollars then you can potentially be on par with the current real estate sales in this community.
