St Regis Golf Course Homes

The St Regis in Dana Point is part of the luxury St Regis Hotel chain that is well known for it's 5 star amenities and hotel accommodations.  In 2006, the hotel expanded it's sphere in the Dana Point location and built luxury town homes that sit adjacent to the hotel.  The homes occupy a stretch of land that sits directly on the Monarch Beach Golf links and can have nice golf course and some ocean views.  Homes rarely come on the market since 18 of these units were built.  In the last several years we will typically see one to two units coming up for sale with one sale in 2013 for $2,150,000 and one sale in 2012 for $1,850,000.

A new listing has just come on the market this week and is the first property at the St Regis to come on the market.  The town home features amazing golf course views as pictured here and is on the market for sale at $2,995,000.  The home featured 3 bedrooms with 2 baths with an approximate 3,318 square feet of living space.  This is slightly larger than the town home that sold in 2012 that offered 3,311 square feet.   Some of the highlights of the home include an oversize Master suite with a soaking jacuzzi tub and clean modern finished throughout.

The idea for these town homes is that they get to enjoy the same services as if you were staying at the hotel.  The hotel has a private trolley that takes you directly down to the beach with use of the hotel spa, golf course, pools, beach club, fitness center, concierge and even room service!  These condos can be rented out to help offset the carrying costs.  In the last 2 years we have seen rental prices for these town homes range anywhere from $5,000 to $20,000 a month.  This property is easy to show so please contact us for a private showing.
