Dana Bluffs is an bluff front community with some of the best views of Doheny Beach and the Dana Point harbor.  Situated at the very end of bluff front in the Capistrano Beach area of Dana Point sits two story town homes that have beautiful views of the ocean.  Normally, these condos have sold between $585,000 to $720,000 for a 3 bedroom town home.  I personally closed an ocean view condo in Dana Bluffs for $640,000 in April of 2012.  The condo had incredible ocean views and was a great value considering the home featured views from both the downstairs and upstairs level.  This week we have seen the first condo in this complex priced over the $1 million dollar price point since the height of the market.  Other condos in the complex are currently priced at

The Sea Ridge community in Dana Point has some of the nicest ocean view condos for sale and often priced well under $700,000.  Located in a prime area in the downtown Dana Point community, Sea Ridge has a lot to offer.  The association provides residents with a first class community pool, spa, clubhouse and tennis court.  Wonderful ocean views can be seen from these facilities which makes it feel more like a resort than a residential community.  I sold one of my first condos in this Sea Ridge community and was instantly surprised at how good of a view these condos have.   The streets are tiered up to allow ocean views from each level.  The higher the streets the better the view.  The condos will range from 2 to 3 bedrooms and average around 2,000 square

The Encantmar community in Dana Point is a gated community that is located directly across the street from the Bear Brand community of Laguna Niguel.  The condos are two story town homes that can be found in the mid $500,000 to $600,000 range.  The community itself is rather small with only 153 town homes in the entire complex.  A central community pool, spa, gym and large clubhouse greets you as you enter into the community.

The nice part about these condos are the large vaulted 20 foot ceilings in the living and dining rooms.  Many of the condos have private bathrooms for each of the bedrooms which is a popular feature.  Another great feature about this complex is it's prime location.  The community sits directly on the Dana Point & Laguna Niguel

Monarch Bay Villas is a great place start your real estate search when looking for ocean view condos in the Dana Point area.  The complex is gated and entrance is located of Crown Valley Parkway close to Laguna Beach.  The complex is very small with only 52 units in the complex.  A nice community pool and clubhouse greets you as you enter the community with the tower clock giving you the current time which is located at the top of the clubhouse.

There are only three streets in this community with the majority of condos located on "Atlantis Way" and "Pompeii Drive."  Atlantis Drive condos are located on the front row and have direct views of the ocean.  A new condo has just come on the market on Atlantis Way and is currently priced at $849,000.

Las Marianas is a small and quiet condo building that is located on the ocean and bluff front just north of the Dana Point Harbor.  The views are simply amazing from this location as the Harbor and beach is located just below.  The condo complex is made up of small two story Spanish style building the form around the community pool. There are two sets of ocean front condos located on both side of the pools that offer direct ocean and harbor views.  The condos were built in 1972 and have a real vintage Spanish feel to it with condos located on both lower and upper levels.

A new Niguel Beach Terrace ocean view condo will be coming on the market for $569,900.  The condo has been completely renovated with no expensive spared.  The Niguel Beach Terrace is a small condo community that is located directly across from Strands Beach in Dana Point, California.  The community features beach close condos with select condos on the front row offering ocean views.

Harbor Creek is a great community in Dana Point that is located just blocks to the beach.   We consider this community one of the best kept secrets for Dana Point as you can find condos for well under the $250,000 in a prime area of Dana Point.  Today, a new condo came on the market for $225,000 that features vaulted ceilings and located in a private upper end unit with a private deck.  The condo features one bedroom, one bath with new stainless steel stove and dishwasher.

Dana Point condos for sale under $200,000 are best found in the Harbor Walk community in Dana Point, California.  Harbor Walk is a small and quiet condo community located in the Capsitrano Beach area.  The condos are typically one to two bedroom units and offered for sale for under $200,000.  When looking at the location of the complex it's rather surprising that you can find a condo in this price range located so close to the beach.  The units tend to be very light and bright with lots of natural light with upstair units offering vaulted ceilings and large patios.

The St Regis Hotel in Dana Point is one of the most picturesque hotels in Southern California with the Monarch Beach Golf links and the Pacific Ocean and it's back drop.  One of the best kept secrets in the St Regis area are the condos that over look the hotel and have nice ocean views.  The condos are known as the Tennis Villas.  The Tennis Villas condos are actually very affordable when you consider the close proximity to the beach and the views that some of these condos have.  The properties sit directly across the street from the St Regis hotel with prices starting at $580,000.  I personally sold a condo in the Tennis Villas this year that looked directly at the waterfall at the entrance of the hotel.  The soothing trickling sound of the water was an
