It's always a pleasure to find new communities when showing clients homes in the Dana Point area.  I had a client that was looking for a condo under $500,000 and wanted some unique charm and personality to it.  She also wanted to be near the downtown area and the beach.  Can be a tall order since the inventory of properties under this price point is very tough and tends to be very to be very small and dark.  We came across a small colony of mid-century homes that is located just north of La Crest Drive on Amber Lantern street.  Here you will find 15 single level homes that were built in 1962 and have the classic look and feel of a mid-century modern architecture.  Some of the features found in these homes include large floor to ceiling glass windows as
