The summer months are almost upon us and we are starting to see more and more clients looking for vacation rental properties in the Dana Point area. For the most part, these short term rental properties come furnished but that is not always the case. Some properties are more Furnished than others and really depends on the owner of the property and how much they feel like they need and want to furnish the property. One thing we look for when looking for vacation rental properties is finding a listing that comes fully furnished.
