Selling a home can be a tricky thing when looking for the right buyer to buy your home.  From time to time some sellers will offer incentives to help the buyer pick their property over another.  These are often referred to as concessions that are given by the seller to the buyer to put a deal together.  We see this a lot when the real estate market is in a decline and sellers feel the need to offer incentives to get the home sold.  In a strong real estate market it's not very common to see these extra incentives because there potentially may be a large number of buyers who may want to buy your home.

We are currently working with one real estate buyer who is looking to purchase a condo in the Dana Point area.  His price range is under $600,000 and wants to know what options he has available to him.  This time of the year listings are still hard to come by as most seller's tend to not list their homes during the holidays.  As we get closer to February the inventory of condos available will increase and he will have more options to choose from.  These are the condo buildings that we explained to him will have the best opportunities.
