Ritz Pointe is located on the Monarch Hills golf course in Dana Point and a prime area to find both ocean and golf course views in the low $2 million dollar range. This is one of the newer communities in the Dana Point area with homes built in the year 2000 to 2001. The community is a guard gated neighborhood with two separate gate entrances. The community shares the same gated area as the Monarch Hills condo complex, the California Cortina and Cornich Sur Mer communities.
