Tennis Villas Dana Point Rentals

One of my favorite condo communities in Dana Point is the Tennis Villas neighborhood. One of the main reasons why I like this area as it has a little bit of everything. First, if you are looking for a beach and golf course close community then Tennis Villas is hard to beat. It sits next to the Monarch Beach golf links so if you are an avid golfer you are going to love this location. The golf links do take a separate membership and they are not affiliated with the Tennis Villas but are within walking distance to the golf links clubhouse which is really convenient. Second, it's all about the views at the Tennis Villas which range from panoramic golf course views as pictured below to some ocean views as well. Finally, it doesn't hurt being located across the street from a Waldorf Astoria luxury beach resort. Rentals at Tennis Villas will either be short or long term. Since rental rates go way up during the summer months a lot of owners here have elected to do short term rentals which is basically a one month rental year around. We have a lot of clients that are thinking about buying in the Tennis Villas and want to experience what it's like to live here which these types of short term rentals works out perfectly for.

Right now, there are currently 4 rental properties on the market ranging from $3,900 to $7,000 per month. The one listed for $3,900 is a two bedroom upper level end unit condo which is a 12 month lease that will entertain a pet. From there another 2 bedroom listing is at $4,500 which is a rented on a monthly basis. This is furnished and will consider a pet as well. It just came on the market yesterday and the months of July & August are already rented out. The third listing is a two bedroom condo at $6,500 which is the rate for July, August and September. During the winter months, October through June the rate drops down to $5,750 a month. The final listing is also a two bedroom and is listed at $7,000 a month. This is also rented on a month basis and has golf course views. If you are looking for a short term rental I highly recommend booking as early as possible. Normally six months in advance is recommend, especially for the high season months like July. 12 month rentals are harder to come by so if you have any idea of what you want let us know and we can put you on a waitlist to be notified when new long term lease properties come up. Rental rates for long term rentals between the beginning of January 2020 and March 2021 have ranged from $2,400 to $4,300 and all were two bedroom units. Prices will vary depending on the location, view and condition of the property.
