One of the great places in Dana Point to find golf course view condo is in the Tennis Villas condo complex.  Situated in the exclusive Monarch Beach area of Dana Point and adjacent to the St. Regis hotel are luxury golf course view condos.  The condos sit next to the Monarch Beach golf links that runs directly next to the community and continues down to the Pacific Ocean through the Ritz Cove neighborhood.  Condos located on the north wing of the community directly face the golf course and the city of Laguna Beach.

Monarch Beach has many condo complex's that offer affordable options when looking in this very expensive area of Dana Point.  One of my all time favorite condo complex's in Monarch Beach is the "Tennis Villas."  These are luxury condos located on one single level.  Condos located on the lower level will have a nice patio area while upstairs units have a generous size view deck.  The last condo I sold in this complex had this view of the St. Regis hotel as pictured below.  My client loved the trickling sound of the fountain out front and used the 5 star amenities at the hotel including the day spa, restaurants and walking paths to the beach!  The community is gated with a manual control and features a nice community pool for residents to use.  Many of the

The Tennis Villas community in Dana Point is a great place to find both ocean and golf course view condos.  The complex is located directly across the street from the luxury St. Regis hotel and offers one of the best locations in Dana Point.  Since the beginning of this year condos have been selling in the mid $500,000 range with ocean view condos starting at $635,000.  A total of 7 condos have sold this year with only one remaining condo that is listed for sale at $579,000.  The community has two main view streets known as "Centre Ct" and "Tennis Villas Dr" that offer great ocean views.  "Centre Ct" street is located on the front row and has direct views of the ocean and the tennis courts at the Tennis club as pictured below.

If you live in the Monarch Beach area of Dana Point then you will love the walking trails that are provided through the grounds of the St Regis Hotel.  The trails take you directly down to the beach by the luxury Ritz Carlton Hotel and Salt Creek beach.  The Trails begin at the St Regis Hotel.  If you live in one of the surrounding communities then you want to walk through the golf course in front of the hotel.  Communities like Ritz Cove and Monarch Hills condos have walking trails that begin at the edge of those communities and meander through the golf course.  The trails are easily recognizable and make their way down to the beach and if you stay at the St Regis hotel that have special trams that will take you directly to the beach using these trails.

In addition to having great ocean view homes, Dana Point is home to some of the most spectacular golf course view communities.  The Monarch Beach Golf Links is a public course that is considered one of the best and runs next to the luxury St Regis Hotel.  The best deals for to play on this course is by getting the "annual membership" which allows you to play year around at a low rate.  For those looking to have these views year around then there are several communities that overlook this golf course.  The Tennis Villas in Monarch Beach are smaller luxury condos located directly behind the St Regis Hotel.  The condos that sit on the far north side of the complex overlook the golf course and have wonderful views looking down towards the ocean.  The condos
