The Landing Community

The Landing is a nice residential neighborhood in the Dana Hills area of Dana Point.  Located next to the Dana Crest Park area that is very large and has a children play tot and full size basketball court.  The large majority of homes in this community are large two story homes that often come with attached three car garages.  There is also a small selection of single level homes as well in The Landing as pictured below.

Homes sales in the landing are often in the $700,000 range with a very limited supply of homes for sale at any given time.  Compared to other neighborhoods in Dana Point these homes offer exceptional value and average 2,500 square foot  of living space.  

Residential rental homes can also be found here and expect to pay anywhere from $2,000 to $3,000 a month for a  long term lease in this community.  This is a very kid friendly area that is located very close to the Dana Hills High School.  With  a large park area with plenty of room for kids and animals to play make this an ideal family neighborhood.
