Buying a home in Niguel Shores is all about the amenities you recieve when living in this community. Niguel Shores is an oceanfront community that is separated into three different sections with 6 different neighborhoods within the guard gates. First, you will find the oceanfront section that is located on the ocean side of Pacific Coast Highway. A special bridge litteraly goes over Coast Hwy to this section of Niguel Shores and is were you will find the Niguel Shores park that overlooks the ocean with direct beach access for residents. The second area is located in the middle section of the community that is connected with the oceanfront section via the bridge. Here you will find a variety of different neighborhoods with many single level homes. This area is where you will find the community clubhouse and amenities pictured below.
Inside the clubhouse is an Olympic size pool that sits next to the children's play area with a small sports court that has a basketball and racketball court.
The pool is a great place to bring the family and enjoy swimming and the nice sunny Dana Point weather.
Niguel Shores also have multiple tennis courts that are located adjacent to the community pool and next to the clubhouse.
A very large park area is located at the oceanfront section of Niguel Shores where you will find direct access to the beach. This is a great place for large gatherings or having a small picnic with friends and family.
The Niguel Shores beach is located adjacent to the Strands Beach to the south where you have a private gate that opens to steps that take you to the beach.
The community is strictly guard gated and entrance is only allowed for residents and guests. In fact, when viewing homes with a Realtor, the clients must ride in the same car as the Realtor for tight security reasons. It truly is a very safe place to live.
