North Strand Homes For Sale

The North Strand community in Dana Point is located in the Strands at Headlands Dana Point community and is consider Phase I as many oceanfront and ocean close homes have already been built.  Oceanfront homes are typically price between $20 to $25 million with ocean view homes priced under $15 million.  Phase II is the South Strand area where you will find new construction ocean view homes. 

Real Estate prices have really gone up in the last couple of years due to strong home sales in this neighborhood.  In 2013, 33 Strands Beach reported a sale at $22,250,000 which instantly brought real estate values up in the North Strand neighborhood.  Since then home prices normally start at around $15 million with beachfront properties priced close to $25 million dollars.
